ORDERING DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
All of your orders are processed according to your preference and the delivery option of your choice.Your orders, which you have placed until 16:00 on weekdays are shipped out on the same day, whereas your orders, which you have placed after 16:00 are shipped out on the next business day.
Orders placed until 16 o'clock from Mondays to Fridays and until 12 o'clock on Saturdays are shipped out within the same day (Except for official holidays).You can be confident that we will exercise due care to carry out the delivery to the address you have provided. However, we would like to state that we may not be held responsible for not being able to deliver your order or for delivering your order to the wrong address, as a result of incorrect and incomplete address information that you have typed in during your logging in. Please be sensitive about typing the correct address, to which the shipment will be sent, and check the information you have typed in afterwards.
If payment of the purchased product is made by means of a credit card or wire transfer, then shipping via Aras Cargo company to Republic of Turkey will be free of charge. Shipment to all other countries are carried out by DHL within 3 business days for a charge of 20 Euros.In the case of cancellation of your order, your refund amount will be paid by the bank, through wich you have completed the payment. You can contact your bank about the subject.
Please check the product you ordered when you check in at the cargo authority. If you find out that the product has been opened or damaged after your inspection, you must keep a record of the cargo authority and do not take delivery of the product.
Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Consumer No 6502, products you have bought as a result of shopping will be returned within 14 days (fourteen days) after receipt of the product, which will be returned within the right of withdrawal of cosmetics products without any unpacked, unimpaired and salable property. Your inquiries will be initiated after we inform you of your return details and your reasons for returning to us via e-mail or by using the call center line (0850 511 11 77) and the refund is approved.
Once the products you wish to return have been approved, they must be repackaged in unspoilt, undamaged form as shipped to you, and must be shipped by the shipping company to which we have contracted.
If the required part of the return form, which is required in accordance with the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedures Code no. 385, located at the back of the receipt you gave to the product, is received and signed, it should be delivered to the cargo authority together with the product. You can send it to the cargo company that we have an agreement with paying.
If the product is issued in the name of the invoicing agencies, the Return Fee must be withdrawn and returned with the cargo in the same manner.
You should package the product with your documents so that you do not damage the product you prepared.
Otherwise, the return will not be processed.
When the product is approved, the fee you pay is based on the form of payment you use when making the purchase.
The refund will be processed within one week after the products you have dispatched through the cargo have been disposed of. The reflection of the banks in this process is a period of 1 week to 10 days.
